- A find expires on its own after 4 hours unless other chasers confirm it.
- Two “Gone” reports close it.

Is there a FoodChaser app for vendors?
Yes. FoodChaser Vendor is a free app for food trucks, stands, pop-ups and storefronts. It's on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and it's coming to Android; it isn’t on Google Play yet. From it you open for business in one tap, set your wait time, send updates to your followers and see your menu as chasers see it.
Can strangers mark my food truck as open when it's closed?
A chaser can report a spot only from within 150 meters, with a photo, and the find expires on its own unless other chasers confirm it. Your own check-in or check-out is authoritative: it sets your status directly and overrides whatever the crowd reports.
How much does it cost to list a business on FoodChaser?
Listing your truck, stand, pop-up or storefront on FoodChaser is free, and the FoodChaser Vendor app is free.
Do I have to check in for my spot to show up?
No. Zero vendor check-ins are required for a spot to go live, because chasers can report it. Checking in yourself makes your status authoritative.
Can I manage more than one truck?
Yes. FoodChaser Vendor shows a live status card for each truck, so you can open and close them separately.
My business is already on FoodChaser. How do I claim it?
Search for it at foodchaser.io/claim and tap Claim this spot. FoodChaser lists restaurants plus spots chasers scouted themselves, so check there before creating a new account. Claiming is free, and the FoodChaser team reviews each claim.
How do I get started as a vendor?
First search for your spot at foodchaser.io/claim, since chasers may have scouted it already. If it isn't there, create a free vendor account at portal.foodchaser.io/seller/signup. Then sign in to the FoodChaser Vendor app on your phone.
